If you require an exchange we recommend that you place a new order, as this will save in any delay of having to process your return before despatching replacement items.
All returns are to be sent by 2nd class recorded delivery to ensure that your return can be tracked. We cannot be held liable for any return that is lost in transit where no tracking number is provided.
