You can return any item up to 28 working days from receipt of goods, subject to the following:

  1. The item must be unused and without damage, and in a saleable condition.
  2. We require all original packaging.
  3. Makeup, face paint, fangs & teeth, tights, stockings and underwear must remain unopened and with original seals intact.

To start a return, please follow the instruction on the returns form received with your order. Escapade.co.uk does not pay for return delivery.
