- Bottom Line: I bought this for my bday night out so I could be the patient in a group of doctors and nurses. The costume is realistic and fits well. The long sleeves can easily make you *hug yourself* and are clipped to the back with press studs and velcro making it easy to get out. The only con is that the strap that goes between the legs as advertised is missing but apart from that it is a perfect costume for the crazy people out there. Highly recommended.

- Bottom Line: Very good for asylum related videos or Halloween parties. Strong and realistic looking. Only thing i could complain is the belts ( not fexible enough ). Also i believe one of them was missing (there was 3 instead of 4), but i can't be sure.
