Best Uses: Just For Fun, Trick Or Treating, Costume Party
Bottom Line: Wore to a halloween party got great feedback. Wish I could wear it more often. Teamed it with crazy cats eye contact lenses and it looked great. The ribbon detail is red (looks pink-purple in the photo)
