Bottom Line: Great hat but very small in size. I have a small head and I can just squeeze it on, would definitely fit kids/adults with very small heads

Pros: Fits Well, Authentic Looking, Comfortable
Best Uses: Costume Party
Bottom Line: This is the best pirate hat, especially for the price. I saw many in fancy dress shops, but they were flimsy, expensive but cheap looking. This hat was just stiff enough to keep good shape but extremely comfortable. Great looking hat and it was waterproof when it rained on the way home!!
