Bottom Line: A great costume, my son made his grandma jump - the mask is really quite gruesome.
You don't need to buy any other bits for it (like gloves) - it's all included. It's easy to put on and there's no dangly bits that can get caught on things.
One thing I will mention is that my son is an average sized 10 year old and the large child size only just fits him, so I would recommend the large child size for 8 to 11 year olds.
