 For us here at Guilty Pleasures fun means dancing yourself daft to the musical genre that champions optimism, major chord structures and choruses packed full of uplifting emotion. No, not trance, but POP!  And what makes it all that much more entertaining is dressing like a bit of a berk and actually trying to out do each other in the ridiculous stakes. Bit like East London really, but less the posturing and try-hard haircuts.

Dress code, well it’s quite clear from the party title really – Bad Taste Fancy Dress. Be it stars of the musical, political or film worlds; a la Simon Cowell costumes, Widdecombe etc; hideous / inappropriate fashion get ups (Cowell, again); disgraced leaders and members of religious movements; embarrassing body parts; murderers and their victims, all in all a Daily Mail delight! Prince Harry would be right at home.
