One of the cultural icons of the Second World War, Rosie the Riveter was immortalized by J. Howard Miller's poster campaign to bring women out to work in jobs usually attributed to men, as the men were out in combat.
Rosie the Riveter's legendary poster “We Can Do It!” where we can see Rosie rolling up her sleeves in a determined pose. This costume would make a great idea for a historical fancy dress themed party.
