The Ladies Elsa comes as a one piece dress and attached cape combo. Looking just like the iconic blue dress, this glistening baby blue, full-length gown is totally worth of a Queen. It features a sweetheart neckline and is strapless but comes with an attached pale blue cape, decorated in snowflakes, that adorns the shoulders and flares out to the back of the costume.
The bustier of the dress resembles a corset with boning detail while the skirt skims over the hips.
With your Frozen skills you can help keep everyone's drinks cold at the party but be careful not to set off an eternal Winter…

- Makeup, face paint, fangs & teeth, tights, stockings and underwear must remain unopened and with original seals intact.
