Escapade Fancy Dress has successfully opened its largest store in over 27 years. The top of the range 4000sq ft store has implemented some snazzy  new features that will make our customers experience as comfortable,  relaxing and exciting as possible. Within easy reach of either Camden Town or Chalk Farm Road Tube stations, getting to us couldn’t be easier. When you arrive you’ll be greeted by our friendly and professional team who are  eager to help you find whatever you need - allowing you to have as enchanting an experience as possible while you look for that perfect costume, or accessorie.

You'll find four huge rooms, spread across two levels that are jam packed with a selection of costumes and accessories to browse through. Make full use of the four touch screen displays, that include internet access to our website which showcases further our extensive range of costumes and accessories. This will help to make it easier for you to find exactly what you are looking for. Ample changing room space makes it very easy for you to transform yourself into your favourite character and to see which costume is best suited for your party.  If you fancy something different, pay us a visit, and lose yourself in a shop that creates a world of fantasy!

Escapade has been  established for over 27yrs since 1982 and has 1000's of excellent quality fancy dress costumes and accessories including masks, wigs, make-up, jewelry and novelty products.

Over our 27 years in business we have built up an enviable client list - supplying to retail customers, businesses, schools, charities and many TV companies including BBC, CBBC, Walt Disney, MTV, Nickelodeon and Channel 4, Cadbury's to name but a few.

Memorable Moments

Our memorable moments include the filming of "House of Fun" by Madness at our store in Camden High Street. Many of our fancy dress costumes were used in the popular TV series "Trigger Happy TV" starring Dom Jolly, including the fat suits and animal costumes, you’ll probably recognise them.
