Please note that the Postal Services will be closed in English territory over this period, as such we are unable to deliver during these dates (21/03/2008 and 24/03/2008). We understand this might cause an inconvenience to our costumers and we apologise for any distress this might cause. 

Two Day Delivery

Free Delivery for Orders Over £60

Escapade will deliver your order by first class recorded mail free of charge for all orders over £60. Royalmail recorded delivery is insured up to £30.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery ** New service**

If you require your order on a Saturday please choose this express delivery options. This will be especially useful for those unable to sign for parcels during the week. All orders made from Sunday before 3.00pm to Thurday using this postage method will have their parcel delivered on Saturday. The maximum weight for this service is 2kg. We will attempt to phone you if orders above this weight apply for additonal payment. Orders made on Friday for next day delivery (Saturday) must be phoned through on 0207 485 7384.

Two Day Delivery

If you require your order within 2 working days we recommend you use this express delivery options. All parcels are posted by 3.00pm each day; orders after 3.00pm will be processed the following day. Delivery dates quoted above are based on working days (Mon-Fri).

Urgent Orders Next Day Delivery

If orders are required for next day delivery please phone us on +44 (0)207 4857384 (Please note this option is not avilable on webexclusive products).

Abroad Delivery

The postage prices have changed to £19.95. With the intent of improving our service always on our minds, we have adopted the FedEx International Delivery services. This allows us (and you, the costumer) to track your parcel at different stages of the shipping process and provide a much faster service at the same time.

Delivery Schedule

We are able to arrange postal to an address other than the billing address, this may be chosen during ordering. All packages sent by Escapade in the UK will need signing for so please ensure that someone is available. The courier will leave a calling card if no one is available to sign and will wait for your further instructions for re-delivery. Failling re-delivery a further two times your package will be RTS, Return To Sender. If the parcels are RTS, Escapade reserve the right to charge for the resultant fee of: returns postage equal to the paid postage + third party pick up fee of £8. Royalmail do not attempt to re-deliver and parcels may be picked up at your local depot.

We recognize that some events are last minute hence we provide express options, however when possible we suggest that you leave a couple of days grace so not to be disappointed especially during busy period (i.e, Halloween and Christmas). We will send all orders made by 3.00pm on the same day however during these busy periods this may not be possible.

Late delivery

Interlink will refund half the postage if the parcel arrives late by one day from the date of postage or full postage if not delivered by the second day following postage.

Address Not Found

There are occassions that addresses are not found by couriers due to new housing, remote locations, recently changed building names etc. Please ensure that any peculiars details that the courier may need to know, this information is relayed to us in special instructions.  i.e, This is the old Hoover building now Dysons Ltd. Unfortunatley instructions like "please follow the windy cobbled path up past the green house" cannot be accepted. However if the address cannot be found under reasonable inspection the parcel will be deemed return to sender and as such charges may apply.

We send our parcels by Royal Mail or by a courier. All items purchased from www.escapade.co.uk are made pursuant to their shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon collection by the appointed courier.

We will send all parcels using the delivery method chosen. Please choose the correct delivery methods paying attemtion to delivery date as returns for refusal may incurr a RTS fee.  

All royalmail recorded delivery is insured up to £30. Royalmail Express delivery up to £500 insurance. For further information see www.royalmail.com.  If you require more cover please phone.
